Affiliation

Any Association formed by the members of Rajasthani or North Indian origin settled at Tamilnadu or other parts of Tamil Nadu or similar charitable Associations may get affiliated with the Rajasthani Health Foundation Chennai. They can avail of the medical help / assistance for their members. The Application with Annexure details duly filled in and signed by the President/Secretary of the Association concerned with seal should be submitted for granting the Affiliation with us. Affiliation can also be renewed for a period of ten years by remitting Rs. 11,000 /-. New Affiliate may remit Rs. 11,500/-(including joining fees).

Co Ordinators

Each Affiliated Association should nominate at least 5 members as Co ordinators in the R H F Co � ordination Health Committee with all their details. Periodical meetings of the co ordinators will be held for representation and review and for follow up action.

Home Medical Volunteers

We can enroll Association members as Medical Volunteers who can co- ordinate and attend to the Distress calls received in the mid �night. The Application may be made to the R H F in this regard in the prescribed form. There are presently their are 53 Hon. Medical Volunteers.
